	Library Kids Sr.: Ages 9-12 November 19 Reader Guys / Reader Girls November 26: Library closed for Thanksgiving December 3: Candy Making
	Library Kids programs meet on Thursdays 4:15-5:00. Pre-register starting the Monday before the program at the children’s desk or by calling 801-852-6682.
	Mother Daughter Book Club: For ages 9-12 and parent/caregiver Fourth Tuesday of each month November 24, 7:00-8:00 The book this month is When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead Take home craft and light refreshments Beginning Nov. 1, call 801-852-6682 or pre-register at the Children’s Desk. Must pre-register to attend.
	ProvoREADS! ProvoREADS! is a joint initiative involving the Provo City School District and the Provo City Library at Academy Square. The program is designed to promote literacy, to broaden and deepen an appreciation of reading, and to foster a sense of community by bringing people together reading a common book. 	Emergent Literacy Parent Class Spanish: Monday November 16 10:00-11:00am in the Story Room English: Thursday November 19, 7:30-8:30 pm in the Story Room Emergent Literacy is what children need to know about reading and writing before they can actually read or write. For parents and caregivers of children ages 0-5 years, in the Story Room. Free materials. Limited to 30. Please pre-register at the Children’s Desk or by calling 801-852-6682.
